Peak Vitality Wellness Co. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit on a big mission: to help seniors not just live longer—but live better. Our movement is bold yet simple: we help those over the age of 55 live more joyful, purposeful, and connected lives through movement, meditation, self-discovery, and community.
In our first year, that mission took root—and it’s already growing...the impact has been powerful:
✅ Hosted our first Forever Fun Senior Fair (with hundreds of seniors in attendance)
✅ Launched a powerful 8-Week Program that helps seniors reconnect with themselves and their purpose
✅ Reached hundreds of seniors through 30+ wellness events
✅ Built a dedicated team of volunteers, facilitators, and partners

About The Team
At the heart of Peak Vitality Wellness Co. is a dedicated team of four women—Ressel, Ariel, Andrea, and Heather—united by a shared mission to uplift and empower seniors. Each of us brings unique strengths, lived experience, and deep compassion to the work we do. We show up every day because we believe every senior deserves to feel seen, connected, and full of purpose in this next chapter of life.
