How?

Work with a Practitioner:

Before the mediation, we first set a clear goal or intention that feels most aligned to what you truly want for yourself.

As a certified practitioner, I guide you into a type of meditation known as timeline therapy. We begin by bringing your body and mind into a deep relaxed state, in order to fully receive the future you want to create.

After your first session, you will feel lighter, excited, confident and experience a greater sense of clarity. However, it may take a few sessions to truly feel grounded in your future path you’ve already decided for yourself.

Final Note:

Meditation is a skill that can be learned.

Much like building a muscle, it is the most challenging in the beginning and gets easier over time. Be patient with your journey, and trust that every moment you take to be still with yourself, is helping you.
